A group, like any living organism is faced with complex situations to be resolved in the best way possible. Artísimas not is an exception and this past year we have gone through difficult times in which we had to make decisions that sometimes do not know where we lead. Today, we send a hug to those who joined us for a stretch of road but for different reasons they left the project. Their contributions were very valuable to the group and some remain in the memory of those who continue.
Today begins a new stage for Artísimas. The project brought us together (and we also split) ends. The 14th December, doors open, Bilbao Art for all people who want to come to visit us and see what we have done over this time. Exposure "ARE INVITED which closed a year of work in the neighborhood of San Francisco. Throughout this time we work with many women who live and give life to this area considered marginal. With them we have learned many things. From their lips have heard testimonies and life stories that got us the creeps. With them we try to share some of the knowledge that each of the artísimas have. In this exchange of knowledge was based our project and although we are aware of how much we failed to achieve a real exchange of experience serves as a base to take on new projects.
And the future looks promising. Artísimas
has been formed and has developed and Cultural Association its first project with a group of women attending workshops Hargindegi. With them we made a calendar on the theme of stewardship from a workshop format that we believe applies to future experiences. We hope to continue working along these lines with women from other organizations and continue to fill our bags with just enriqecedoras other experiences.
